Michael GUTHERT

• Higher education includes 2 Master’s degrees in : Management and in Electrical Engineering.
• NLP Master Practitioner, Transactional Analysis and Ericksonian communication
• Certified as an INLPTA NLP Coach Practitioner.
• Michael’s experience has enabled him to understand companies through very different functions and levels of seniority from engineer through to financial manager and general manager of a large multinational company.
• Since 1992, Michael has shared his knowledge through training in business as well as providing tailored individual coaching to managers. He also has an interest in the development of new graduates and has worked with several engineering schools and universities.
