  • The individual 360° is for : CEO - executives - top managers - middle managers
  • The team 360° is particularly recommended when it comes to identifying the problem and the dynamics of a team as well as the complementary of team members.

 

360º assessment

Provides Executive or Team members with a means to compare their personal perceptions of their own performance with the perceptions of people from their business environment. The 360° tool allows to establish a list of skills to develop. The 360° is a meaningful process, involving a strong personal desire to improve and some courage to accept a "feedback" on what we do, what we are.

360° Assessment is a triple powerful tool, it presents :
-“who am I ?” with a type of personal HBDI profile
-“what am I doing ?” with the AZ Profile that will help the executive/manager to know his “mix” & his adaptation process

About the 360 degree Feedback

Evaluators : The 360° Assessment is an evaluation by the entourage of Executive / Team (called the “evaluators”).
6 to 10 evaluators must be selected within :
  1.  higher hierarchy level : immediate superior, supervisors, seniors, board
  2.  same hierarchy level internal to the company : colleagues, peers
  3.  same hierarchy level external to the company : customers, suppliers
  4.  lower hierarchy level : direct reports, subordinates, employees.
Duration : ½ h for the on line test
from 2 to 4 weeks for the whole 360° Assessment procedure
Approach : The 360° Assessment occurs in 5 periods
  • 1. Executive selects his evaluators
  • 2. Executive’s self-assessment via an online questionnaire
  • 3. Selected evaluators assess manager through similar online questionnaire
  • 4. Feedback to the Executive/ Team is done by a coach (see details below)
  • 5. This leads to a action plan for the Executive : strengthening managerial skills and changing behaviour if appropriate.
  Feedback details. It is a general debriefing which points out skills to improve on.
  • In case of individual 360° : Feedback to the Executive (alone), during an interview of about 3 to 4 hours
  • In case of team 360° : Feedback to the Team during a seminar of about 2-3 hours + feedback to each of the managers (one by one) during interviews of about 1 ½ hours each.
    Analysis of the components that emerge from the collective profile is performed in part by the coach, but also by the team members at the seminar pooling.
